I don't have this particular hybrid. However I have several others from the same Catasetinae tribe to which it is related. So here is my 2 cents.

I would not worry too much about the leaves. These orchids are deciduous and often will drop their leaves around the time they flower. So the yellowing may very well be natural. I would not worry about the black spots either. These plants are prone to leaf spotting, especially as the leafs start to drop. Keep at eye on the spots but they are probably fine. Be prepared. These orchids can look really ratty as the leafs drop.

As for ongoing care, these orchids have very pronounces seasonal needs. After the flowers are finished you are going to need to gradually reduce watering and eliminate fertilizer. After all the leafs have fallen (winterish), I don't water mine more than a pass over spraying every 6-8 weeks. I only resume regular water and fertilizer when new growth is reach 5-7 inches (springish). Check out Fred Clarks care information: Catasetinae Care - Sunset Valley

I live in Ohio. You may need to adjust your care based on your weather. The principal of reducing then withholding water until new growth in the spring holds. However, the length and severity varies a bit based on your weather.
