Mimosa sp.??? Something in Fabaceae at least I would say.

Dene - I would recommend asking this question over on the Name That Plant Forum which gets a lot more traffic than this one and has some Texas based contributors who might know this plant. There are a lot of shrubby, weedy Fabaceae to choose from. The flowers are not fully open in your photo but look at images of Caesalpinia pulcherrima and see if that fits.
