East Tennessee. Second year gardening. Last year we did not have these. It looks like a mini stink bug. The underside is white. They are on our tomato plants and pepper plants. We are finding holes in the leaves of the pepper plants. I apologize if the picture isn't clear but I didn't want this little guy running loose in the house and he was too camouflaged to take a photo of him on the bell pepper plant.
