My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      mfridgeway, that looks like Plain Sawn Red Oak. Most custom flooring installers can provide. That stain color looks custom and site applied.

      Yes, this is a field installed and finished tongue in groove oak floor. Try Minwax Jacobean for a similar look.

      Thanks for the great question! We love this look too! Those barstools were actually provided by the homeowner so we don't have that information in our files, but seems like they have great taste!
