My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thanks for your interest in this product. Unfortunately flash sales can sell such discounted items based on huge volume, and usually outsourced outside of the US. Each of my Subway Signs is handmade to order here in the US with quality and detail not usually found in flash sale items. Having said that, I do occasionally run a 15% off sale. Thanks!
