Just make sure the item you select doesn't lean blue or green.

I like the dark walls I would make sure your guests get a nice caddy for their stuff they need ,nothing in the shelf under the sink. Maybe a couple of huge bath towels there but not in that pattern you show with the one on the counter , that does nothing for the space as far as inviting .A nice one piece toilet would have been a good choice . No TP sitting on the toilet that is wy you have the basket and something aliitle more upscale for the lighting.Sorry thought guest bath but this is just a PR right ? If that is the case then wallpaper is a great choice on all the walls , PRs can be way over the top in a very fun way.

We want the house to feel intentionally designed rather than like each room was decorated independently so attaching sample of paper used in another room in home should help.

I like your idea of sticking with the same "visual language" throughout your home. You want a sense of cohesion rather than a random collection of rooms. That doesn't mean though, that you have to be super strict about how you do it-- you don't want your home to feel boring. If your trim and metal finishes stay consistent, that can be enough. Or if you want to vary those, you could stick with repeating a colour or shape.

What I'm finding jarring with the current state of the design is that mix of warmer tones in the floor tile and art vs the cooler wall colour. I'm also not sure (though this could be about the colour of the lighting) whether the vanity leans cool or warm -- did you get the fog colourway with brushed nickel hardware? If so, from pictures, that appears to lean a little cool.

Once you've found the right wall colour, it will all start to come together. I'd lean towards a mid-tone shade from either your floor or your vanity. You'll likely find that your art feels a little less emphatic when it is hung on a darker background.

Then it will be a matter of getting some discreet storage for under the vanity so that product is hidden; some matching/co-ordinating storage for toilet paper because back of the vanity isn't elegant; and some unpatterned, luxe towels-- your guests deserve it and your laundry won't be increased that much by changing them frequently.

The guest bathroom wallpaper should relate to the guest room, unless it’s in a hallway. Then it should relate to the hallway. My powder room is in front of the house, off the entryway. My great room-dining room can also be seen from the powder room and vice-versa. I was careful to keep the wallpaper cohesive with all of that.

My suggestions were to inspire a wallpaper choice, not necessarily the ones I posted (which I like, a lot!).

Choice of wallpaper is subjective/personal. There are millions of wallpapers out there that would work in the space. Visit local wallpaper stores to get an idea or order samples online.
