I have an entry from my garage to my elevator. It's an unusual size; 5' 6" x 9' 8 ". I finally found a small oriental red carpet for the elevator (most of the house has orientals) and would like to find a red rug for this space to complement the other oriental red rugs. It could be a plain red or have a subtle neutral pattern. But I don't want the pattern to be too bold as the space isn't huge. I have dogs, and there has been a little flooding in the basement area - so I need something that can handle water but still be warm and sophisticated. I can't find anything in this size! I like the Ballard rugs with the dots in them as an alternative but they are the wrong size. The walls are a Pelican Grey. I have a long Adirondack wood bench that I want to put there as well. I am willing to consider other flooring alternatives.
