A PBS Nova program about what the satellites orbiting 22,000 to 140,000 miles above us see and are teaching us about our planet. One example, phosphorus diatoms are picked up by the winds in the Sahara and carried to the Amazon rain forest to replenish the phosphors that gets washed out of the soil there by the 250 days of rain that area gets.
