My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Depends on each destination, but usually freight is about 180-200 of the price

So the re-stocking fee would be between $180.00 - $200.00?

    yes, thats correct

Do not buy this. I did and am completely unhappy. It's way too deep. It's way too flimsy. And you bottom out when sitting on it. I had to buy foam and have it wrapped, just to make it bearable. Ultimately it's just too deep and too thin and too uncomfortable to use on a regular basis.
