First, can you scooch the bed a little to the left so the right nightstand isn't hugging the door frame?

Something wide but not very tall placed above the headboard and centered between the posts of the headboard, perhaps with the top of the art even with the top of the posts, could work. Something like this pressed metal wall art would fit suit your space perfectly.
