Anything that can be done with wood that was removed from our house? We need tile in our kitchen/dog room/family area - but I know the wood was only 8 years old - finished once - premium oak. Wood does not hold up to my need to clean weekly or more with 4 dogs, 2 kids, 1 cat and 2 grownups.

We put down wood look porcelain - 1 step closer to being out of the ABB club!!! Today they guys are replacing our old kitchen window with a new casement window - and putting up a backsplash!

I posted previously about possibly taking this whole kitchen and and starting over - but we decided to try to use what works - fix what does not work and love it as it is.
