I think grey is neat however, the sample you have shown is a bit flat in design.

I'd go with one of the other options shown and use grey as an accent or wall color in the room. Grey and deep brown look great together. Grey is hot right now, but remember the lime washed finishes the 90's?

Have you thought about a porcelain tile that looks like wood? Or bamboo? I think your problem with all four choices, is as Tina commented, they look flat. Hard to get a laminate to look like the real thing.

I agree, grey is more of a trend but the browns you have shown look fantastic with it, so put one of those on the floors and bring in the grey with furniture and other finishes. You can always paint a piece of furniture you love and repaint walls but replacing a floor will get rather pricey.

It may be a trend, but grey is also a neutral. Depending on the paint colors it could be bold and trendy or neutral and monochromatic. If you go for a bold look, just repaint a neutral color before you sell. ;) Good luck!

I'm a huge fan of the color gray, but I'm afraid I do think that those gray hardwood floors are a trend that will pass. They are pretty, however!
