you won't until each matures n fruits .unless ofcourse u have the means to do DNA testing (pulling ur leg:) ).what variety of citrus did u germinate some polyembrionic varieties have higher chances of producing nucellar seedlings so true to type.

Agree with Steve. The clone is usually the first and fastest grower (i.e. tallest).

Typically the nucellar embryos (clones) developing within the seed outgrow and 'kill off' the fertilized zygote (if there even is one) due to their greater vigor and overcrowding.

Of course this all varies by variety.

To know which one is clone and which one is hybird seedling, check the first leaves( cotyledon). The clone seedling has very small cotyledon, while the hybird seedling has big cotyledon.

When a single citrus seed has multiple seedlings sprouting from it, more often than not, all of the seedlings are nucellar (genetic clones) of the fruit parent. However, sometimes one of those seedlings can be zygotic (the result of normal sexual recombination from pollination). The numbers vary with the fruit parent variety, somewhat. It is, in general, a very strong indicator of whether the seedlings will be nucellar, but it is not foolproof.

Conversely, when a citrus seed has only one seedling sprouting from it, it is generally zygotic. However, this is not always true and again it can very much depend on the variety.

The cotyledon of a citrus remains in the soil. It is the seed itself, which splits into two (or more) parts. It does not rise above the soil like the cotyledons of many other plants, such as pumpkins, for example. The zygote and the clones alike are all attached to the same cotyledons. When a citrus seed sprouts, the first two leaf-looking things are actually leaves.
