Hello all! I am so happy to hear that you like this product. It is an excellent and flexible system. It's hard to see in the image, but the wooden base has a series of holes that the separators slide into with a "peg system". This means you can adjust the dividers according to your plate/bowl size.
@Ianigan2000, I definitely recommend this system as opposed to cabinets for the following reasons: 1)They are flexible and can suit any size plates/bowls 2) You use your plates daily, and this is easier to access than reaching up to cabinets! 3) It gives you a nice over-all view of what you have in a single glass!

I must note that it all depends on your drawer system. Normally we install the drawers along with the organization system since they are from the same manufacturers and follow the same standard measurements. I would need to know the dimensions of your cabinets before giving you more information.
