I had Verde Blue countertops installed in April. We have noticed several dull spots along the seems and around the cutouts where the sink is. There are also some scratches.

The fabricator has been out to fix the dull spots and the owner came to see them. He agrees he would not be happy with them and sent the fabricator out again. One area looks a little better, but it's still dull.

The owner is sending the fabricator out again, but said this is the last time he will send the fabricator. We paid $2535.00 for two slabs. I feel that the slab is faulty. Do I have any recourse? I have paid the owner in full.

I don't know who to call to come look so I can get a second opinion.
