fertilizers for fall garden

I'm wanting to gather all the fertilizers I may need for my fall garden and so far I've gathered info on each of the plants I plan to grow and their fertilising needs. I have broccoli as needing high N, low P which I've read could be satisfied by bonemeal. I have cabbage (and I'd guess bok choy and cauliflower) as having the same need. I have peas as enjoying a sprinkle of woodash and bonemeal for P&K. Radish and mustard greens preferring a 10-20-10. Carrots wanting 10-10-10. Artichoke wanting manure and later a Ca&Zn fertilizer. Spinach and lettuce with a 3-1-2 or 4-1-2, fish/seaweed emulsion or cottonseed meal. Chard and kale wanting a nitrogen fertilizer. Onion planted with super phosphorus (0-20-0) and later ammonium sulfate/nitrate (21-0-0). And garlic with 8-2-4. I'm wondering if there are organic options for me that fulfill each of their requirements and which fertilizers y'all would recommend. I always plant mixed beds with 2-3 different veggies/herbs per bed and in addition I have oregano and thyme established in beds I can add fall veggies to. I would love if anyone has advice for which companions worked well for them given what I'm planning to grow. I also plan to cover crop a few beds with oats, clover and vetch if anyone has experience with that. All help appreciated. I'm growing in clay and limestone soil north west of Austin, TX but I've been amending it with compost once or twice a year and have added expanded shale, leaves, and vermiculite to some of the beds. Please also correct any info if its wrong, most of it I've gathered from a&m and central Texas gardener.
