When I had mine (got rid of it when it bloomed...the blooms smelled like rotting fruit...blech), it was not difficult to care for.

Despite being from the Himalayas, it did not seem to suffer in my plant room, where temps are kept at 75-80F during the day and 60F at night. I watered it weekly during the summer and less frequently, when it was inside, in the cooler months (every 10 days).

Pretty plant, and grew quite quickly. Too bad the blooms were so smelly.

Hi Monica, I've had mine only 3 years and I keep it dry in fall/winter with my house at 78F, It's outside late spring/summer under a tree and watered weekly.

Thanks. I figured out the problem. I took a look at the roots and they look somewhat rotted. The windy stems are a bit soft. I just received these on the 27th so I didn't even water them yet. I'm pretty ticked off.
