Matt, We gladly accept custom orders. We can make a 24" x 24" for you. We have found, however, that large trays like that tend to become unlevel due to the nature of the wood we use. They are all made with soft woods like spruce or pine and such are susceptible to retaining and expelling moisture based on current atmospheric conditions. When the finished pieces are large, the movement makes for splits and twisting. We have employed the best construction techniques we are aware of to minimize the problem but they can still happen. Since there is no way to construct the tray with a cross brace to assist in stabilization we keep our standard tray sizes small to maintain happy customers. We can be selective when we pick the wood which may help but we still provide no warranty against splitting or twisting. As long as you are willing to accept there is the possibility the tray may become slightly unlevel, we will be happy to make one for you. We have made numerous trays that size, and even larger, and our customers have had no leveling issues. However, we want you to be aware of the possibility before ordering. Thank you.
