My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I'm building on the coast of Florida but a northerner' at heart! As a transplanted New Hampshirite, I seem to seek advice from the 'north region' as their attention to detail is awesome ... I'm curious why you chose a 5" recessed light vs the more popular 4" type. Does room size or ceiling height play into it? Thank you for your assistance...
