Greetings all!

My dear neighbor has so graciously offered me as much clematis as I want. I've already gathered some with white blooms. I just want to make sure before I start snipping. Is this clematis? My neighbor inherited her mother's garden oasis and we are unsure of what's what. Also whats the best way to transplant? My landscaper hacked a roguchi blue clematis that I planted in May. I was able to take the hacked piece and root it in water. My neighbor has way too much clematis to root. Any thoughts?
