Stucco residing

We are in the process of finding a contractor to reside our stucco house with a different siding - most likely it will be hardiplank or everlast. We have received a few bids and talked to a few contractors so far.
Needless to say, the bids are all over the place - ranged from 50k to 150k. And the reason for the difference is the details - one contractor told us there's no need to pull all windows and reinstall them. It may only needed for the Windows where there's water damage. Obviously, there's another contractor wants to pull all windows and reinstall.
All of them recommend house wrap - difference is that some contractors want to install two layers. Gutter soffits is recommended to be replaced by one vendor but not by others.
The house is about 15 year old and there's water damage at the places where kickout is missing. We want to get the work done in the right way but we also don't want to pay significantly more for the overkill.
