Crabgrass Killer Question

I have a bad problem with crabgrass. I applied Bayer Lawn Weed and Crabgrass Killer. It worked well, but now much of my yard is brown. I want to re-seed SOON, as fall will be here shortly!! Many products will keep new grass seeds from germinating and I don't know if the crabgrass killer will stop germination. I live in Maryland and the 90 degree highs will soon be done with. So, can I plant now or will I need to wait?
Thanks!
Dan
