They look ready to me.

What I typically do is to depot the set ... and then try and carefully separate the plantlets. Sometime they will just pull apart and sometimes I have to use a sharp knife, but I try to make sure that I end up with INTACT plants crowns of three leaves or more.

If you get roots on every plantlet, that's a plus, ... but it's not necessary for these sized AV's to survive once repotted.

The separated plantlets can easily be plunked down into their own pots where they will continue to grow and mature on their own ...

My general rule is that for standards (plants that grow 9"+ when mature) they are ready to separate when the leaves on the plantlets are the size of a dime. When it comes to semi-minis and minis I try and separate when the leaves are about half of the mature size, which may be smaller than a dime. I find plantlets with dime-sized leaves are easy to handle, usually have good roots, and aren't too crowded in the original pot with the mother leaf. I like using the half mature size rule with smaller varieties for the same reasons, but the plantlets just aren't quite as easy to handle.

Yes, they look ready to me too. Something I like to do after separation is to dust the fresh cut and bottom of the crown of the plantlet with some sulfur. It's not necessary, but I it's helpful in avoiding rot since they're so small. I also like to tilt the plantlet to the side for a few days in the new soil so the fresh cut can callus off--this also helps prevent crown rot.
