I have a renovated 1970's home with 1 full bathroom. It has a shower/tub combo due to the lack of space. The bathroom measures approx 10x7. It also 2 entries; 1 from the main part of the house and another from the master bedroom. The master entry has a hall. My question is: should the hallway and master entrance stay or go in the next renovation. I have received conflicting opinions - will removing the master bed entry / hall affect the re-sale price ..positively or negatively ? It seems like such a waste of space..I want to get rid of it. Thanks in advance!
