We have an opportunity to make an in-law apt. out of an office but can't seem to get the layout right. There is a 3' high knee wall which is restricting some configurations i.e. shower and refrigerator. The green chase wall might be able to be removed. The office space had only a kitchenette & 1/2 bath. The goal is to create a 3/4 bath and full kitchen. The loft has a very tall peak - used to be a barn from 1907. The orange walls are the ones we think we should move. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
