Problem with dividers in double paned window

I have a large, arched double paned window. The arched portion has three metal bars in between the panes. One of the bars has broken and is leaning to the right. I have put sun screens over the window to "hide" this so photos aren't available.

Does anyone know how this can be fixed? The window is 18 years old and I don't believe the window company is in business anymore. We have tried magnets to straighten the bar and that did not work! Ahhhh!

You will need to have the window replaced. We would have it done by calling a local contractor supply company and having them measure the window, order a new one and we would replace. Most of yiour local glass companies can do the replacement as well. There may be slight difference in the grills between the glass. If this is an issue for you, arrange to have the whole window replaced.
