There is no blue adenium, just as there is no "rainbow" one. Please steer clear of any merchant claiming to sell them.

Anytime you see any truly blue flower of any type (not just adeniums) you should treat the picture/post/ad with heavy suspicion and do some serious investigating before committing any $. While there are indeed some plants which do actually produce truly blue flowers, they are a strict minority. Most plants lack the genes necessary to produce the color blue.
