Recommend Bathroom Fan CFM Please

For a small bathroom, ~5x8. No windows. We also want to hook it up to a timed outlet like this.

Any recommendations for a super-quiet fan/brand appreciated!

1 cfm per square foot.

Builder grade Broan is loud.

Local Orchard Supply Hardware has a display of fans, customers are able to turn them on/off. Perhaps you have a local store that has similar?

Thanks, Jim. All of our fans need to be replaced, really. I'm pretty sure you can hear them from the out of doors!

We just put in a Panasonic and it's very quiet. We put it on a Leviton timer, looks similar. It's 90 CFOM and operates in a bathtub/shower room with a toilet, it's 6'x8'

We installed this one recently. It's very quiet and makes a nice night light for nighttime visits. Nutone Fan
