What is "leaf vine"?

Oh, leaf miner.

Mostly a cosmetic issue affecting new growth. Pluck off bad leaves, and throw away.

There are products that will help control leaf miner, but I've never used them.

You can pluck off the damaged leafs if you so desire, HOWEVER those leaves are still producing the needed photosynthates, the nutrition, that the small tree needs to survive. It would be much better to control the problem. That small tree does not have many leaves as it is. Look up Spinosad for leaf miner control on citrus. Good luck to this tree. - Silica
