My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Flat or Eggshell?

Gutted the den and now not sure whether to paint with flat or eggshell on wall where large television will be hung. Any pros or cons on either??

    I like Benjamin Moore's Aura paint in matte finish. I used Aura Bath and Spa paint in my bathroom. Stains wash off easily and it has Color Lock technology, so the color doesn't rub off. A little more expensive, but worth it, I think.
