Thats good question, all outdoor foam drains faster than regular foam; so straight answer it will drain faster, now, the outdoor fabric also has certain water repellent so it doesn't get wet as easy, so when it rains, the fabric won't let pass as much water as regular fabric and the one that goes trough, will drain. Best way to get any outdoor cushion dry faster is opening the zippers and get the cushions vertically so the water drains better. I always recommend to use weather covers when not in use, which will keep the set clean and dry for when you need it.
