I'm in the process of renovating a home to turn into rental property. This is an older house built in 1971. I love the look of textured walls, but I'm unsure which walls should be textured. Is there some rule to only texture bathroom walls or utility walls? Or can we texture our bedroom walls and office? In some of the rooms the sheetrock is damaged which is why I'm considering texturing them. Using putty and sanding the walls won't do. Suggestions please! Thank you in advance.
