My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Might be moving into town!

We've been on 1 1/4 acres for 33 years and have a good sized vege garden (raised 4 4x8s, 2 3x7s 2 3x3s and 3 raised up 3x8x12"deep).

I'm kinda excited about having a smaller area that I can control! Possibly fewer weeds? No elephant grass? No weeds blowing in from the horse fields? Also, no 2 hr mowing of the fields (can't do that anymore due to a broken wrist)

I would love to see some smaller gardens (or links to them) Nancy
