Can this rug be used outdoors?

It's made of 100% polypropylene, which I've seen connected with "outdoor polypropylene rugs" as suitable for outdoors, but IKEA's cleaning instructions don't seem to indicate any recommendations for use outside. Thoughts? I'd love to use it on my deck. Thanks!
