Love your house. I too have a redwood house in Queens, NY. I find maintaenance to be a challenge, especially on the southwest corner. The bombardment of the sunlight causes the sealant (Flood 3 or 4 years) to wear so much quicker. How frequent do you treat your exterior, and what type of sealant do you use?
