Can you get a close up of a single leaf? I am not 100%, but that sure looks like leafminer damage, to me.

It's definitely not mites--agree with Jimmy--leaves look pretty normal to me....

I never knew Hoyas could get leaf miners. I treated all my citrus trees so I know they don't have leaf miners but they are on my deck and the Hoyas are on the screened porch off the deck.

That looks normal, to me. Sometimes, hoya leaves get weird indentations, and of course, there's no explanation. Keep an eye out for any activity IN the leaf membranes (if you look carefully, sometimes you can see the larvae of the leafminer in the leaf, chowing down), just in case. Highly unlikely that you have any issues, since you systemically treat.
