We are sorry that the item did not work out for you. We did not state that bench is solid wood and that the color is oak. We can send you a replacement or you can return the bench and we can issue you a refund.

Listen, I see what are you doing, the picture is NOT the same bench though, the color was supposed to be a walnut, which is not anyway "Features a quality-crafted wood construction for years of enjoyment. In a popular walnut finish for added beauty and protection" I see you took it of the web already too......It match perfectly with the picture I stated in my comment and you are well aware of that. $123.06 is the price and I'm sorry to say it again, but what you are doing really IS A FRAUD and that's what is so wrong and messing up good businesses. Check the size of the hinges(and even the color at that), the front panels, the ridges, the painting job....for crying out loud, try to make the hardware to actually work! It is SO VERY BAD quality....I'm very easy going customer, but something like that just drives me over the edge. I'm enclosing the three pictures - my bench, Linon bench and your bench....even though I know you did it on purpose.

I'm willing to stop if you send me the bench FROM THE PICTURE and returning label for the old onemy helpful father recycled the box already, so I'll just pack it in the one you send. I'm fine with OK quality, but the color and the look needs to match what you are advertising. If you can't find one, credit my account 275-126.06 = $151.94 and I'll find a use for the bench in garage. In either case, you'll never hear from me again and I'll avoid dealing with your company. Let me know, how do you want to proceed? I'm offering you a fair resolution of the problem.

We apologize for the bench not being the quality you desire. We understand how frustrating it must be to receive an item that did not meet your expectations. The picture is from our manufacturer. Unfortunately, we cannot find a bench that fits your description for you. Therefore, we are crediting you the $151.94 you requested. We hope you find the bench that you are looking for.
