I'm not sure where they got that particular piece, but being in the steel/metal art industry myself I can tell you that you could get something like it from someone who has plasma cutting capabilities. Also, it may not be mirrored, it could be aluminum, stainless, or just polished steel.

The mirror can be purchased at Pier 1. It is part of that Hayworth Collection.
