Christmas pole Lima questions...

OK..so my first year growing these, so correct me anywhere I'm mistaken! I have grown other dry beans, and wait till the pods or leaves start to brown, then harvest as all one crop..

The Christmas Lima beans are just loaded...very healthy...and beans are almost at their full swelling point...pods are still green..so...I opened a few of pods to peek, and out of 6 pods that I opened, 4 had 1 bean in them that had started to sprout. Each pod has 3 beans, some 2, but most have 3..

Is this normal for this variety or might this be cultural? Is this going to get worse...more and more sprouting beans? Should I harvest now? They aren't quite fully developed yet, I think they could stand a couple more weeks, but the ones that sprouted in the pods didn't thinks so???
