I am not an expert, but I don't know if I like the 2 styles combined. The counters - do they add to a formal look?

A solid counter? Or identical cabinet style - simpler like the creamy.

I have never heard of matching counters to your dishes, lol. I think if you're spending $50,000 and up on a kitchen remodel, I wouldn't worry about your dishes.
Can you post photos of your space? It's impossible to give good advice without. What color are the floors? You need to consider 5 elements, floor, cabinets, counter, backsplash and walls.

Also keep in mind how much light you have. The dark cabinets are pretty, but if paired with too many other dark elements, the kitchen can get darker than you expected. Consider the cream color in the dishes - perhaps use the green as an accent in your decor. That keeps you from being limited by the green.

Cream solid countertops to match the island. Cherry is dark and so is the green granite. I live in OC where homes are very expensive. Recently, I've been house shopping and have seen a handful of kitchens I could live with. The rest are similar to this.

Cherry without the rope. Whatever is less formal. The Apple isn't formal either.

Since the cherry cabinets are pretty elaborate, I would go with a simpler countertop. I'm also a no on the Quartz...how about a Quartz with sand or light brown tones, which will tie together the cherry and the ivory woods?

Cambria has a color called Windermere that has dark marbling on a lighter background. I think it would look lovely with both the cherry and the cream.
