Hi, I am having difficulty determining which type of lighting would work best with the front of our house for decorative purposes. Currently, there is one light in the portico soffit with two sconces on either side of main door. Also, two coach lights flanking the garage. I wanted to add soffit lighting, and the electrician suggested the areas marked with green x's. I am worried the lights would criss cross in the gambrels and not add much visual appeal. Thoughts? We also have two columns coming in the portico drawn in white, and I am thinking up lighting the columns is a good option. Any other suggestions or ideas for decorative lighting? Thanks in advance!
