Where is the house located? Did you inherit or are you getting a bank loan to purchase? What is your planned scope of work? What has priority off of your list? What is your budget for your plan?

well actually I'm I'm the process of either trying to find somewhere to get a $4000 from to buy it outright or either get on a land contract and pay him a total of $5000 for the home its in Inkster Michigan and after my father passed it was loss due to foreclosure but I've been interested in buying it back so finally the man who bought it is giving me a opportunity to due such.my first priority would be the plumbing and electrical. my father was a true handy man so most of the reno wont be a big problem but I've saved a few ideas I like as far as bathroom,kitchen and bedrooms go. I honestly want to fully furnace and design the basement with two room a full bathroom,laundry room and small bar area. my hardest task though would be the kitchen because I'm a aspiring chef so I want to give my kitchen that professional chefs touch I'm really just seeking help as far as inexpensive way to get these things done in a timely matter.

I'm actually not at Tue home now but will be there tomorrow and I can take pictures of every room as well as basement area hopefully I can get further details on how to ho about my plans I always want to have my backyard designed and maybe add a garage. and if I purchase the lot that was a addition then I'm really gonna have a heck of a lot of space to play with and I'm trying to get creative but my first and primary task is the interior design of the home
