Red goes a long way. How about a sisal area rug layered with a red cowhide? That is going out on a limb, but you can move it around as you like through the house. I just deleted the red cowhide...I hated it. lol I really like the washed out red/blue one for you...

Thanks so much. The first rug is really nice...might be too much red though. I was hoping for something with more subtle colours. The second appears to have a lot of orange and I don't care for that. Thanks for the offerings!

Ballard design has some nice rugs

Thanks guys for your suggestions. I think I need something a little more subtle as far as the red goes. I really like the washed look...now Im wondering if I should stick with the neutrals and then pull in colour in other places. I've always used neutral rugs and wanted to spice things up a bit. Here is an example of a neutral i Like.

Also the Barret from Pottery Barn is nice although the colour on line is off. I actually have a sample of it and it's quite nice...maybe a bit boring...but maybe makes changing things up easy. Can you tell I'm struggling with old habits (stay neutral) and change (bring in colour on the floor).?
