Most woody plants that volunteer, 'pop-up' or are 'donated' by birds DO tend to be weedy :-)) Otherwise, there wouldn't be much point in nurseries if everything that was desirable or wanted in our gardens was free courtesy of Ma Nature!!

In addition to many of these plants germinating from some sort of errant seed dispersal, many quite weedy and even invasive trees and shrubs will produce a lot of root suckers. And they too can pop up at a considerable distance from the parent plant.

The seedlings are a bit young and indistinct to ID right now. But you can look around the neighborhood to see what might be present that could be the parent plant. Or you can grow them on to see how they develop and post back next spring in the Name That Plant forum for an ID, weed or not.

It has characteristics of an apple seedling. But it could be something else.
