My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Concrete wall

Is it possible to achieve a concrete wall like this in a renovation, as the wall around a gas fireplace and staircase?

    Absolutely. Please consult with a contractor to ensure the existing home structure can bear the weight of concrete first. The photo above features a structural wall that spans a few levels of the home with a boardform finish. In a renovation you may have a faux finish placed instead like what Randy Orr can do for you.
