KBC built our high-end modern custom dream home a few years ago. We chose KBC even before our architect because we so admired one of their builds in our neighborhood. Ron and Harv are friendly, professional, imaginative and they stand by their work. Their attention to detail is amazing and standards are high. I felt I could trust every trades-person they brought in. They also addressed every minor issue that is bound to arise with an entirely custom build. Recently we asked them to build an outdoor fireplace on our view deck. They designed and incorporated it into the home design as if it always belonged there and I have no doubt they will continue to stand behind their work in the future. I heartily recommend KBC. After following and being impressed with KBC's work both on social media and by word of mouth we were very pleased to learn that we were hired to provide millwork for one of KBC's contemporary home builds. We work with a lot of contractors and designers and by far this group of people are the kindest and most thoughtful people to discuss and have a working relationship with. Any concerns were addressed in a constructive and positive manner with the outcome being beneficial to both contractor, millworker and the client. Such a positive process it was to work with Ron Kliewer and his crew. The finished home that we worked together displayed all of their deep knowledge, experience, and love in building beautiful homes. Intempo Interiors was deeply proud of being part of such a remarkable build.

Ron from KBC Developments did an excellent job over-seeing our kitchen remodel and en-suite vanity replacement. We used Kitchen Art Design for the design and installation of the kitchen and en-suite cabinets. KBC did a great job getting the trades here for demolition, electrical, plumbing work and painting, etc. All of his trades were great and did a great job. We are very happy.

KBC (Ron and Harv) built my 2-1/2 car detached garage, and helped sort out everything from design, budgeting, permitting, demolition of existing 1 car garage, contractor selection, trim options, etc. They're easy to work with, very professional, communicate well, provide great quality labour, and hire excellent sub-contractors. It's been a couple of years now, and I am still extremely pleased with the decisions we made and the quality of the finished product. I'd hire KBC again in a heartbeat for any additional new construction or extensive renovation project.
