So this aggressive guy just started flowering. What could it be?

This plant has been sprouting up randomly all over the place all year. It appears that the roots are somewhat shallow since it has no problem growing between bricks.
I thought figuring out what it would be was hopeless until a couple of days ago it started flowering (Zone 7b Northeast).
Anyone have any ideas?
