Does the $4000 include the appliances, cost for the electrical and fixtures, faucets, plumbing, paint, cabinets and demo? If so its amazing!!! I could not ever do that!!!

The electrical wiring is separate since it is an entire house remodel, but the lights, counter, cabinets, appliances(craigslist), sink, faucet, and hardware, paint and tile are all in that budget. The plumbing and cabinets were paid out and the counters were custom formed. I painted and did the tiling.

The entire house budget is $37,000 so I had to bargain shop and a lot of free labor.
