My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Lovely - do you know the roofing brand/color?

    Unfortunately I do not know the specifics of the roof. My builder uses roofing products from GAF, Owens Corning, or Certainteed. Not sure what these were. I do know that the shingles were 30 year random tab asphalt over a 15 lb. underlayment per contract. Even though you cannot tell from the photos, the shingles have a green tone to them.

    Sorry. Don't know the pitch either. Here is a photo from the side though during construction. The porch is six feet wide.
