Irisgal, I have never cut Brigadoon for a vase, but I don't find them to be long lasting at all.. Here it is this evening opening way ahead of Gemini even though they both just bloomed yesterday. It is not fragrant either.

Thanks Dan. I wonder if you're suffering from the same heat wave we've had? Yesterday we had the honor of being the hottest place in the nation. Luckily not a lot of bloom to be ruined.

Yes, it's been in the high 90's but thankfully it looks like we're going to be in the mid-70's next week!

Oh!!! I love your Gemini!!! Mine has been going downhill for the past two summers. I think it needs to be repotted.
